COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS
COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS
The spirit of giving, rooted in compassion and Christian love, is a cornerstone of our school's values. One such initiative that embodies this spirit is the Dorcas Box project. Every second week of December, students from His Greatness Christian Academy embark on a heartwarming mission to share blessings with children in need.
Each student is encouraged to prepare at least two boxes filled with essential items such as toiletries, school supplies, clothing, and toys. These carefully curated boxes are not merely material gifts but symbols of love and care. As the students and staff distribute these boxes, they also share the timeless message of the Gospel, offering hope and spiritual nourishment to the young recipients. The Dorcas Box project is more than just a charitable endeavor; it is a testament to the transformative power of compassion and the enduring impact of Christian service.
In the tapestry of our nation, indigenous communities are the vibrant threads that weave together its rich cultural heritage. However, these communities often face challenges that hinder their progress and limit their potential. Recognizing this disparity, our school has initiated a community outreach program aptly named "RICE" - Reaching Indigenous Communities through Education.
The RICE program is a beacon of hope, illuminating the path for our Lumad brothers and sisters. This initiative is specifically designed to minister to the educational needs of Indigenous Peoples, particularly those from the Lumad communities. By providing academic support, cultural enrichment, and community engagement, R.I.C.E. aims to empower these young minds and equip them with the tools to thrive in the modern world.
The RICE program supports our Lumad scholars from San Fernando, Bukidnon, giving them the chance to pursue education and reach their full potential. By investing in their future, we not only transform lives but also strengthen our nation. This page highlights the program’s goals, impact, and role in promoting social justice and cultural preservation, while calling readers to support a brighter future for indigenous communities.

In a world often filled with distractions and fleeting pleasures, the Moral Spiritual Foundation Classes (MSFC) program stands as a beacon of hope, offering spiritual guidance and moral education to young minds. Every Saturday, a dedicated group of students and staff from His Greatness Christian Academy volunteers their time to teach Bible stories to children from various communities in Valencia City.
Through engaging storytelling, interactive activities, and inspiring messages, the MSFC program seeks to instill strong moral values and a deep understanding of Christian principles. By nurturing young hearts and minds, this initiative aims to equip the next generation with the tools they need to lead fulfilling and God-centered lives.
